Sacred Knowledge, Intellectual Property and Mythic Currents
Veythariel Flame is founded upon a body of teachings, symbolism, mythology and spiritual practice understood within its tradition as sacred knowledge and living transmission. Within these teachings, certain glyphs, symbols, mythic principles and cosmological concepts are regarded as universal currents and shared knowledge rather than proprietary assets.
Accordingly, Veythariel Flame does not claim exclusive ownership of the glyphs themselves, their underlying meanings, their use in personal spiritual practice or the broader principles they represent. These are understood to be part of a shared body of knowledge intended to be explored, lived and transmitted freely.
The fact that a concept, symbol, glyph or teaching is discussed within Veythariel Flame materials does not automatically make that concept, symbol, glyph or teaching the intellectual property of Veythariel Flame.
Protected Intellectual Property
While the underlying principles may be shared, the expression, presentation, interpretation and educational delivery of those principles may be protected intellectual property.
Veythariel Flame retains all intellectual property rights in its original:
- Dictionaries and language resources
- Translations and explanatory materials
- Written interpretations and commentaries
- Educational content, courses and workshops
- Teaching methods, learning structures and course sequences
- Ritual tools, invocation cards, guides and handouts
- Digital and physical products
- Artwork, graphics, illustrations and designs
- Website content and publications
- Original sigils, frameworks and visual systems created specifically for Veythariel Flame
- Audio, video and multimedia resources
Accessing, viewing, downloading, purchasing or participating in our services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Sigils, Symbols, and Spiritual Material
Where sigils, symbols, teachings or spiritual materials are presented as having been received, channelled, transmitted or revealed through spiritual practice, Veythariel Flame does not claim ownership of the underlying symbol, principle or current itself.
However, the original artwork, explanatory content, teaching materials, educational frameworks, products, presentations and interpretations created by Veythariel Flame remain protected intellectual property.
Personal Practice and Creative Development
Students, seekers, practitioners, and community members are encouraged to develop their own practices, rituals, interpretations, and creative expressions.
Nothing within this policy is intended to restrict personal spiritual practice, individual exploration, or the creation of original work inspired by shared principles and teachings.
Restricted Use
No person may reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, licence, commercially exploit, or present as their own any protected Veythariel Flame materials without permission.
No person may represent themselves as speaking on behalf of, endorsing, or acting in an official capacity for Veythariel Flame or its associated projects without explicit authorisation.
Proselytisation and Conversion
Veythariel Flame does not engage in proselytisation, religious conversion, or coercive recruitment.
The teachings are offered to those who choose to engage with them and may not be reproduced, distributed, repurposed, or presented as tools of conversion, recruitment, ideological advocacy, or proselytisation.
Authenticity, informed choice, and personal sovereignty are foundational principles of this Work. The Sanctum, The Forge, and Veythariel Flame exist to support exploration and empowerment, not indoctrination.
The Fire and the Work
The principles may be shared. The teachings may be explored. The knowledge may be lived.
What is protected is the original labour, creativity, scholarship, teaching, artistry and resources through which Veythariel Flame expresses and presents that knowledge.
The fire is for all. The lamp is ours. You’re welcome to the flame, but you don’t get to take the hearth.
